Under the ‘Audit Certificates’ left hand side submenu, you can attach audit certificates to returns which have been lodged using the ‘PACA’ audit selection.
Returns which still require an audit certificate will have a white box next to it.
If you would like to attach an audit certificate for a return, check the white box next to the relevant return. For a bulk audit certificate, select all the returns covered by the bulk audit certificate.
Then at the bottom of the page, click the ‘Attach’ button.
You can drag and drop your Audit Certificate file into the box in the pop-up, or you can click ‘Upload File’ to browse for the file. Once you have uploaded the file, click ‘Attach Audit Certificate’. Note: the audit certificate will be made visible to the public.
The Audit Certificate should now be attached to the return. You can click on the file name to view the document again.
You may also choose to request a waiver or deferral of the audit certificate in bulk by selecting more than one return.
